Scam... they have a nice looking site but send whatever crap they have on hand and good luck trying to get them to even acknowledge that they sent what you didn't order, much less exchange it or refund what you paid when you send back something that wasn't something you ordered from them... SCAM!

Obviously a scam. They take your money and never ship your item even though they tell you it has been shipped.

Scam! They break international consumer regulations with their shipping and returns policies. They do not provide information required at point of sale, and refuse refunds.

It's all a scam. They take your money and send you the wrong items. Numerous times. And customer service is impossible to get in touch with. Everything is pre recorded/electronic. Do not buy!

Scam company. Do not place any orders with them. You will not receive any items nor any contact with them after they have your money.

Scam! I am so beyond disappointed. Waiting forever… Like two months… To receive a really junky thing that does not pass as a cover in my opinion! I'm not going to put my expensive phone into this piece of junk they mailed me! And what I ordered was a bright purple color and had a little handle on it… What I receivedIs black and flimsy. Not what I ordered at all! Boo!

Yes a scam company, a complete scam company, no updates, and doesn't respond promptly with invalid answer even when they respond

So far our experience is looking like its a scam. If not a scam it has to be the worst customer service as well as shipping ive ever ordered from.

They are legit business but not very good at sending the right cases if its not in stock they just send what ever color they choose who cares right they only ordered a color they wanted who cares about the customer they are over priced anyways better to get something else

A legit company that scams customers, stay as far away from them as you can.

Don't buy from them.
You will Never get help or a refund if you have any issues.
They don't even reply to your emails for help.

Is a big scam for me. I keep asking for help. Last email was in January 2023.

I ordered from them, I did get a product from them, but not what I ordered and at over double the price they advertised. No refund and no communication with the company - I say they are a scam

It is a total scam site. They will take your money but you won't ever receive the case your ordered and payed for.

Borderline scam; they are legitimate insofar as they do sell the products they advertise. However, they are a deeply unethical company with some very dodgy practices:
1. They advertise out-of-stock products without warning consumers of delays waiting for stock to become available.
2. They advertise using localised URLs (. com.uk,. com.au etc), implying they have a presence in those countries/locations but ship exclusively from Boston, USA and charge in US dollars.
3. They appear to have very frequent issues with shipping partial orders, incorrect items, damaged items, etc.
4. In the event of an issue with an order, they require the customer to pay for return postage to the USA, which is generally not economical for the customer.
5. Some people have reported that they refuse to provide any restitution whatsoever when an order is delivered incomplete (e.g. Missing items).
As a more general observation, their customer service is terrible.
