I want to bring in my phone but it's not compatible. Qlink wants to sell me another phone for $25 with no brand stated just like my old one. WHY?

The sim card is only compatible with phones that have 4g LTE/5g network, it's possible your phone was a 3g, so the card may not work on your phone. If you want in upgraded phone after looking at all their options you can view other sites for refurbished phones to use (cheaper than new phones because they were previously used), just be sure it's compatible, they have a list of phones it can be used with, if you have any questions you can text qlink through their website or call them, they seemed pleased to answer any questions about compatibility.

I really believe this is a scam, I so much regret doing this, they have all my sensitive information to keep, use or sell, can't believe this is a u.s. government program for senior citizens
