Both. You're extremely lucky if you get all that you pay for. I only received half of what I paid for.

I received what I ordered, it was a pictured and I received the extra filters, too.
It will take a few weeks to receive your order, though.
They were Responsive to e-mails. They seem understaffed.

It is a scam. I never received the merchandise I ordered. I tried getting in touch with them but nothing meaningful resulted. They offered me a discount on my next purchase. Crazy!

This company is fraudulent, if you place an order you will never receive it.

Scammers definitely not legitimate at all. I don't think anyone has gotten an order.
