SCAM for what they advertise. Unknown if their product even works as they "compare" Windows OS system files to known operating ones and overlay files if they are corrupted. I've not known that to work well at all.

Absolute total scam. They do not return phone calls nor do they even answer their phone. I paid good money for computer help service from them and they are nowhere to be found.

This company is not legitimate. Fraudulent. It was recommended to me as a means to correct a Microsoft problem. But that recommendation is FALSE! The app is actually worthless. There is no purpose to ever download the app nor ever pay them a yearly fee! The purpose of Restoro is a front to get consumers to call them. Then they use a sales pitch. They will ask if they can get onto your computer! If you do allow it, they show you a false screen indicating all these malwares & trojans and tell you properly working fine computer is at high risk for viruses lurking in the background, and your IP address is open and you are vulnerable to hackers. All kinds of messages so one feels they must need Restoro's tech to come on and fix it for a fee, of course! Money back guarantee they say but that too is a lie. Once one realizes the app is useless, you uninstall it and cancel it and notify them, there is just nothing but stalling on their end. The Refund Form was on their website on 9/13/22. I used it twice that day. But it is now gone! Their customer service number is suppose to be the one that ends with 7583, but a Tech answers and he is unable to transfer the call to the customer service representative. The reps who respond via calls or emails give out wrong information. They lie about already sending your refund back. They direct you to the bank. It is all endless, below poor performance. Remember! Their goal is just to get you to pay more and more of your money to them. They have listed their Headquarters at the Isle of Man. That information has disappeared from their website too! Their website is screaming SCAM! Buyer Beware.
