How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Rugs.com?

Impossible to return! They don't provide a return lable you have to call. I called twice staying on hold 20min and again for over 40 min before I hung up. Tried email twice, still here with no response after 3 weeks! Stay away from them!

Not easy. Sent email and receive rote response, which did nothing to answer question. Then receive text from them saying there were no details to share regarding delivery.

Impossible. You can reach anyone. Item never received

They cannot be reached via phone or email. I have been on hold for over an hour and still no answer. I called earlier today and was on hold for 30 mins without an answer. Do not order from this site. They are horrible to work with

Impossible! They keep you on hold forever and do not respond to emails. Perhaps they would respond to a Certified Letter from an attorney?

Cannot get them. No answer to emails. When you call the put you on hold and then disconnect every time.

They're quick to respond, this was my experience in sept of this year
