They cover septic systems. We could found any other company they covered septic systems that would service our area. They also have reasonable prices.

Pricing was a major reason for going with Select Home Warranty.

Based on Internet searches but quickly found out that they are a SCAM.

Found and read the reviews on them top rated and talk to an agent that answered all my concerns.

Price, value, program selections. Rated very highly by several review companys, and publications.

They advertise peace of mind and say that they cover all appliances they do not say you have to have service reciepts for all products nor do they say if the appliances is old we will not repair it we think we can offer you a lower amount even though the product is repairable.

Good package. But they are scam artists, they lure you in and do not pay on claims. Get your money back ASAP

Their coverage details are better than Choice Home Warranty. CHW offers a warranty in name only. They have so many exclusions they barely cover anything. And I am leaving AHS Home Warranty after years because everytime I call for service I spend an hour on the phone and it takes multiple calls over two months to get anything done.

Being ripped off from Choice Warrenty, Select seems reasonable.

The price and what it covers its well worth the purchase.
