NOT! Weeks. Seriously, the worst customer service ever.
Impossible to get hold of customer service. No phone numbers and they don't respond to emails despite sending an automated response to say they will be in touch.

Absolutely impossible, I am certain the communication that you get from sendle is from a robot. Atrocious on all levels and a con job.
Impossible. No phone contact at all. Email messages to Sendle support get scripted replies pointing to information on the website. A week of demands to escalate gets email contact from another employee who says all the same things as the first one.
No numbers to contact. Have to use automatic communication.
I sent emails abd they are prompt. But before this new volume measurement, there was no reason to contact. They have shot themselves in the foot.
