Somewhat. "Live Chat" was easy to connect to, but then hold times were awful. Phone call was quicker and more direct.
Next to impossible to reach Customer Service at Shipt. In addition, TARGET is the parent company of Shipt --- so each one keeps telling you that you have to call the other. R I D I C U L O U S
Very difficult in my experience. They claim 24/7 support, but I waited and waited and waited on live chat until I finally gave up, and they didn't answer my email until the next day when it was too late, and I'd had to guess and take a chance when I needed to have a question answered urgently.
VERY HARD! They do not answer the phone and when they do they hang up on you!
