on 3/11/20Its very easy to get a hold of us, please ignore the customer that said she was being treated as she was stupid, shes just upset that we cancelled her order after she cursed out our employee for no reason.
It was extremely quick and easy for me. I reached out via email and I placed my order via email as well.
I saw your email screen shots, it seems like your the one that had a issue not them, we had a awesome experience with them, they even overnighted our package free of charge, i suggest contacting them to try to work something out.

Its easy to get a hold of them, but just hard to get great customer service! Common sense if you go above and beyond for a customer, they will have a good review and experience. Its defiantly not uncommon to have different experiences, regardless people have the right to share, both good and bad! Just some business give all customers great experiences and it shows in their reviews!
Super easy they give you customer service email with purchase confirmation. They also respond within 48hrs.

I had no problem at all. I sent several emails concerning my order bc I was in a hurry & wanted to make sure I did it right & f they'd even be able to get it to me that soon bc I'd given them less than a weeks notice... but every single email was responded to very quickly & courteously. I'm very impressed
