Because they are scammers. Any rep on here is paid to say nice things. It's lies.

As you can see, they replied to every other question... But not this one, very suspicious and support the case of them not responding to people that call them out about their orders never arriving. Sorry this is happening to you and just don't buy from them again. Warn others!
