How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at SpiritShop?

NO...NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEY JUST DO NOT ANSWER AND ORIGINALLY SAID THEY CANNOT CALL

I never got ahold of customer service I tried several times and nothing

It is extremely difficult. I tried emailing them 4 times and called on 3 separate occasions with no response whatsoever.

Still haven't gotten a response from the manager in customer service a month and a half later This company is terrible

Impossible! Waited on the phone until time ran out, about an hour! E-mailed & got a response back right away stating someone would get back to us in one day. No response so tried again with same comment. That was 4 day's ago, still waiting!

Could not reach on phone, had to use email. They were not helpful at all.
