How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at StraightTalk?

You can get somebody, but good luck on actually speaking to a representative that speaks English.

Impossible. Excessively frustrating. Call cut off by rude representative. No help. Useless!

Thier customer service is non existing and they love to tell you things that arent true and get you worked up and have to keep calling back. Its a game they like to play. They dont care and love to do it to people. Especially when their about an hour to closeing. They wont and dont want to help you. They also dont speak english. Its a straight hindi runaround. Thes people at the call center are a bunch of benchodes.

It is literally the most difficult process you could possibly have to get a hold of a live person. First you have to choose option five and then you have to choose more options and then you have to choose other. In addition to that this phone system has two other measures in place that will automatically hang up the call on you if you don't choose the option to stay on the line. And in my experience two out of three times when I pressed option 3 in order to stay on the line and wait for the next person the phone system hung up on me anyway. Of all the companies I've ever called in my life I have never seen so many measures put into place to literally make it as difficult as possible for you to get a person on the phone

My straight talk phone will not charge I haven't had it for a 1year

They put you on hold and tell you time is 4 minutes really like 20

I found some of them to be calus and rude and others just didnt seem to grasp what the problems might be.

It takes less than a minute to get through to a representative

It's easy to get through and you are not placed on hold long but the techs you talk to are not all that great. Make sure your phone is charged first because you will be on the phone a long time with them. If one can't solve your problem keep calling back until you get a hold on one that can help you. Sometimes a Google search might solve your problem better than they can. Stay calm when talking to them or things will not go well for you. I see a lot of ppl posting here that seem to have gone off on them and it made matters worse.
