How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Studiosuits?

You cannot call these folks. They do not provide a phone number

The first response is a front person who claims to forward your complaint on. That was within one day. Then they give you a ticket number and claim there dept will review your case. When you hear nothing back you look for a place to follow up using the ticket number. But there is no follow-up or place to enter your ticket number. Shouldn't be surprised. So guess what, next level never responds so I email to the first person. Then they wanted $300.00 to fix their screw up. Its a complete SCAM

To get an answer, asking for more money without fixing the dreadful quality problems, invest 10 days and 10 emails. Typical con artists.

Impossible. You can only get generic response from bots

Extremely difficult. Emailed them over 10 times to get a refund for a jacket they didnt have the material for. Finally got a giberish reply when threatening legal action, but no refund after 2 months of trying. Do NOT buy from this company.

They answer e mails but their responses are nonsense

Difficult! They will eventually answer but it is a canned response, and when we finally did get someone to talk to us they were referring to my husband by the wrong name (did they mix up our messages with another customer?).

I emailed them and they got back to me next day, so I'd say easy. Auto reply immediately and actual service rep the next day.
