They understood my complaint about the horrible mess the florist had sent.
They offered me a new arrangement to be delivered or a partial refund. I am accepting a partial refund.
My complaint about telefloral is the Florist they used.
A totally incompetent floral business and should never be used again.
Unavailable, They do not care about their customers, only about their business.
I waited about 15 minutes... 3 days before mother's day... but I will save you some time... order elsewhere... ANYWHERE... Worst experience ever with what I ordered... EVER and I will NEVER do business with them again!
Not easy they transfer to a supervisor and it hangs up and they don't call back when you leave a message
I emailed them as soon as I found out about the problem. They got back to me the next day via email & offered a partial refund. I expected customer service to care more- especially when I offered to send them a photograph, but they must receive complaints all the time because it didn't seem like a big deal to them.
Terrible customer service this company is a total scam operation
