Legit but they only send what they want. The descriptions are lies.

It is a legit company but they have very poor customer service if something goes wrong, they have no problem taking your money for an item that you did not purchase.

Scam. They pretend to be local and charge you for one thing and give you something worth 1/4 the cost the day after guaranteed delivery.

Scam! They fall back on their "substitution policy" which includes everything from the flowers, color scheme, size and container. Said they were local in Joplin Mo, contact info is NJ! A handful of mums and babies breath is of "value" flower replacement according to Anna. Shameful

They certainly lied to me about their local. They claimed to be a local florist in mill valley, CA. I see that isn't true, now that my bill has posted on my account.

SCAM - DO NOT USE. I paid $100 for flowers that looked like a toddler made the bouquet. They didn't use any flowers that were from the picture on their website. They just do whatever they want. The flowers weren't even cut to the right size to match each other.

They are a scam. They take your money and deliver a lower quality item and say it's per their terms and conditions.

I don't know if this place even exists. Someone answers the phone but just gives lame excuses as to why the flowers are not being delivered. A very unkind and bad business.

I found them to be unreliable, if a legit company. No arrangement was delivered to the funeral, although they claim it was.

They're a scam. I suggest that anyone who has used them report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Scam all the way! Ordered 18 roses for a friend who just lost her father. They sent dead and dying roses! How embarrassing

TOTAL SCAM! We learned the hard way! Ordered beautiful flower and plant basket for funeral and it never arrived.

With the lack of quality, I'd say a scam. I could buy better looking flowers at walmart.

SCAM. Claimed to be local but obviously are not. What was delivered was far inferior to what I ordered.

I thought they were local like others. They used photos of arrangements but the one I ordered was nowhere near what was delivered. Paid for premium and got less than a grocery store arrangement.

From my experience, completely legit. Ordered from their website, requested same-day service, and they delivered on time with quality product.

I don't have a picture on this computer. I wish I did and then you could see the sham plant received versus the $80 plant I ordered. Never been so embarrassed in my life!
