on 12/26/18Our customer support team is very easy to get ahold of via the website and support@textualtees.com and has an avg response time of 2 hours via email. Judy P - Our team did everything they could to try and resolve your order's issues including sending you free product replacements AND a full refund. In the end, a resolution just wasn't what you wanted.
They were easy to reach, I contacted them via email.
Not easy. They only reply to emails. They refuse to use the phone - they said the company does not allow them to use phone.
