How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at TicketSales.com?

Good luck because the only thing you'll be able to get is a message saying "We apologize, but we are experiencing a high volume of chats at this time. If you would like to leave a message for our team, please enter "message" and our system will help you send a priority message to our team. Otherwise, enter "continue" to continue holding and a member of our staff will be with you as soon as possible." for 3 hours!

I waited on hold for an hour terrible customer service!

There is no customer service. Period. Strongly suggest not using them AT ALL.

Fairly easy to get in touch, but customer service will not help you. Fine print, once you buy tickets no refunds. Even it event to postpone or rescheduled. Never again...

I was on hold for 90 miunutes with no answer. I attempted the chat function and they had no representatives available.
