Impossible. You can't speak to a person. Ever. Want to waste your time with automated email responses, computerized form "live chat" or a long wait to hear more computer generated responses when you call their pathetic excuse for customer service? Then this is the company for you.
You can't talk to anyone. They don't even answer their emails. Total bs company!

Crooks will not offer a refund. Concert I paid for postponed and then cancelled.

Sorry you guys had a bad experience, next time if and when you get through to customer service ask for Julian, she is the best.
Getting ahold of them via email wasn't hard, but they certainly provide no help.
