They refuse to give refunds especially if the event is cancelled. Do not buy from

Agree- you will NOT get refund. No one will help you or answer the phone here. Their chat is useless. Buy tics directly off the website of venue!

From my experience, they refuse to give a refund if the event isn't canceled and sometimes even when it is canceled they may still not give you a refund.
