How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at tie dye threads?

Pretty hard to get them to get someone to call you, they may eventually call i guess, i will update how long when or if i hear from them.

I am not sure what size to order because i have never seen a clothing size chart that goes by length and width. what is suggested for bust size 38?

Answer:

I think an XL would do fine,that is what i order, i like my shirts to fit losely, size large would also work if you like them more fitted,these tees are true to size and they are longer they hit me about mid thigh and i love it.Hope this helps you.
