How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at TitleNine?

VERY difficult ( in June/Juy 2020 anyway) to get a hold of - no phone service, no chat service, no response to using their email form online at their website - until i emailed them direct@:

LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE. They have stopped answering their phones entirely and aren't returning emails or social media DMs or PMs.
