How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Trusii?

Impossible because they dont have one. They either have a fake employee repeatedly say that their "care team" will get back to you which they never do... or you wont even get an answer.

Impossible to get a live person. There is no office no customer service

Completely impossible, and when you do, they will bully you and ask you to lie.

It's not.
They no longer have customer service.
It would take more than a week for them to take a look at something "ASAP"
They recently told everyone in the case study that they will not be able to be reached for 2 months
