This company is certified by Shopper Approved, meaning that it is a real company and not a scam. As well, there are plenty of reviews online of the company on sites like YouTube.

They are made and shipped here in the US. I had the same thing happen to me. Ordered with PayPal so I got a full refund compared to the partial that they were trying to give me.

You really won't since the quality is different for a lot of people. In my opinion, if you're even slightly more aggressive with replacing the batteries, you can fully break the saber's ability to create any sound.

Iirc, this company is based in Texas, so it would be easier to take them to court if they sold you something that was completely false.

I believe this company is based out of Texas. Their company can be viewed on Google Maps. But you would have to clarify what you mean by being ripped. Be careful on picking everything that you order on their website, read every bit of descriptions and research online what each saber looks like or blades so you know what you are getting as the website can be lacking on detail of some stuff but google/youtube has a lot of references. My purchase was fine.

I got ripped off by that same company! I wanted lightsabers and took a chance here and was not disappointed! FAR more expensive but well worth it!
