on 3/29/20I got an email from a representative telling me that due to covid they were having to push back delivery times. They offered to send me a different saber set that would get there sooner but I declined. Some deliveries I've heard can take up to 6 months.
Maybe a long time, maybe not long at all, they will keep saying that the saber is coming, and eventually, you will get a really high-quality saber,
My son ordered one in April he did not receive to do his lightsaber into the third week of June
I ordered in early-March and received my order after 5 weeks. At one point soon after my purchase, I inquired about cancelling, but don't know if that played a factor in turnaround time on my order. I'm not recommending it as a tactic, just including it for transparency.
Your order may be affected by size of your order, component availability and whether it is a "build" vs. Grab Bag/Mystery Box. I would suggest that 6-8 weeks is probably more realistic. In all, Ultra Sabers seems to struggle with service and order fulfillment at times. I don't think they're capable of scaling up/down quickly, and aren't doing a very good job with communication.
