What made you choose uscis over similar businesses?

Answer:

I need a REPLACEMENT alien card for a VALID alien card that was lost and NOT expired. Its been almost 1.5 years since I filed and I have not received ANY updates/status of getting a replacement card

How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at uscis?

Answer:

You are wasting your time trying to get a RESPONSE, STATUS or UPDATE from the jerks that run it. The USCIS website is setup to keep you moving in circles. You cannot talk to anyone unless you are outside of the proecess time. It will tell you 80 % of the forms get processed in 90 days. Then when you login later to check, that 90 day process time CHANGES to 180 days. Then when you login to check after 180 days, that time will change to 9 months. THE BAD THING IS YOU DONT KNOW WHAT THE STATUS IS OR WHEN YOU WILL GET YOUR FORM(S) PROCESSED. The DHS security needs to fire the jerks responsible for processing and updating status information.
