The leads are all worthless. They work for the company and are made up information.

Not according to the lead info. Wouldn't know. No one ever answers!

Can't really say as I was not able to get a hold of most of the leads provided. The couple that I did get a hold of did not know that anyone was going to contact them, USHUD says that they're all aware that you'll be reaching out and that the potential buyer has requested to be contacted. This was not the case.

No they are almost never foreclosures. Total click bait for the general consumer.

THERE IS NOT FORECLOSURE LEADS THEY ARE ALL SCAM. NONE OF THE INFORMATION THEY SEND YOU AS LEADS WORKS AND IF YOU GET ONE PERSON TO ANSWER YOU THEY ARE SURPRISE BECAUSE THEY DID NOT REQUEST A CALL OR GIVE ANYONE THEIR INFORMATION TO CALL.

These 'leads' are people browsing and happen to want to know about this website. The site makes them enter their info as if they are checking out a property and need more information. To their surprise they had no idea someone would be calling them. They think you are a scammer.
