It is a disgrace does anyone have any answers on how to get your money back for faulty goods from this company. when you cannot contact them at all?

Answer:

I just had the same issues. Raise a dispute with your card company or PayPal if they are no longer offering the resolution. Again, the like making customers pay for the return even if it's no fault of yours. Good luck.

Why do victorian plumbing hide behind their t & cs when they don't live up to their customers expectations of prompt & courteous delivery?

Answer:

Because they are indecent and horrible beyond belief. How they are even allowed to operate with all these horrible reviews from people?

I have been waiting for a refund of a bath for over a month everytime i am told it is being processed and will take 1-4 days but no refund yet

Answer:

Same as me they are rubbish I'm hitting every review platform I can find, warm other stay away, I waited nearly seven weeks for refund and they still owe me £50 for shipping, cowboys.

I have tracked my order placed on 12th february ord- 000704962-977552 to find that you are awaiting stock and it will not be delivered till april. i can't afford to wait almost 2 months for this item. i have attempted to e mail with no response after 5 days and have now been waiting in a queue on an 0345 number for half an hour already. what is going on? please cancel my order and reimburse the £41-90 that you have already taken from my account. this is very poor customer service- why has no one been in touch to advise me of the delay? please advise me as a matter of urgency. thank you norma appleby

If you are bringing your items back in person it needs to be to our bathrooms showroom in Formby, not the warehouse in Skelmersdale. Yes there will be someone to sign for it.
