I have tracked my order placed on 12th February ORD- 000704962-977552 to find that you are awaiting stock and it will not be delivered till April. I can't afford to wait almost 2 months for this item. I have attempted to e mail with no response after 5 days and have now been waiting in a queue on an 0345 number for half an hour already. What is going on? Please cancel my order and reimburse the £41-90 that you have already taken from my account. This is very poor customer service- why has no one been in touch to advise me of the delay? Please advise me as a matter of urgency. Thank you Norma Appleby

I have checked our system and can see that you were contacted by email yesterday at 5:30pm - could you please check your email for details regarding your cancellation and refund.
