Shower cubicle does not fit the shower tray. Multiple calls and emails without result, what can I do?

Which courier do you recommend to send back a radiator to victorian plumbing?
We have a toilet that will not take anything away the water comes down but just swirls even toilet paper wont flush away, so not really fit for purpos
