Don't feel badly. They wouldn't have refunded your money, no matter how you paid. They come up with a million excuses so they don't have to honor their warranty. It's all in the fine print. Via legalese, they absolve themselves of any responsibility, for anything. Sad.

That is absolutely correct... Vrbo/HomeAway attacks consumers with legalistic run arounds and constant deception...
