You can't. There is no # to call, only email. I emailed them 3 times and received a generic email without answering my questions.

If you click on the customer service link in the returns section, it takes you to a non affiliated Chinese company. You have to input the address yourself and then, yes, I did get a response. Basically the response is return it on your own dime and that is more expensive than the garment.
There are NO phone numbers. Email is the only way. I hear back in a reasonable time but the information they provide is wishy washy.
