Zales suck. Having to have your ring checked every 6 months is a complete joke. Employees don't know what their doing. They are sales people, not jewlers.

They didn't process my payment and then three days after I realized it wasn't processed I tried to re-purchase and the Price was an extra $500 what a convenience

Do not buy anything from Zales. Go to a real jewelry store. They do not stand behind their cheap products used when making jewelry. Do not just walk out of their store RUN!

I agree withe other reviews. Zales customer service is horrible. They don't bill your cc correctly, which causes your order to get canceled. The online exclusive pricing is a scam. Do not order anything from Zales.

Legit company but scam on customer service. They lie about there shipping being 2 day and they wont cancel even though it should be within the right of the customer to cancel.
