Yes, I received their email. It means nothing. I wouldn't have a problem with final sale as long as it is something I purchased. So because it was a final sale your business decided to send me some crap in place of what I order then tell I can't return it. What you sent I wasn't what I ordered. What you sent is worthless rags that a homeless person wouldn't wear. No screw you. You can't have it both ways. Send me what I requested. In the correct size, NO PROBLEM. I'm contacting the FTC.
