On the first occasion it took almost a month and hours on the phone to get my $212 worth of FREECASH awards promised. Finally had to contact management with a camera shot of the letter they sent me promising them on delivery of the item. The second time they asked if I took a screen shot of the award scrolling across the screen as they didn't remember the offer and had no access to previous offers.
