Share your thoughts with other consumers

I would like to know if there are authorities I can write to make a formal complaint about a dating website. I have used this paying site, dating.com, for 6.5 months and recently found that it is a total scam. I have paid a huge amount of money by now and I do not wish for other people to be scammed anymore.
