Why does sitejabber allow companies to control negative reviews?

Why does sitejabber allow companies like Amolatina to control negative reviews? Amolatina demands that the reviewer give their account number, so they can cancel the acct or hassle the user - and if the user does not give the account number, Amolatina threatens to remove the review from sitejabber. Since when does a company have the power to remove reviews from a reviewer website? What is sitejabber - just a back slapping forum for bad companies? Of course Amolatina does not remove the positive reviews, which seem like fake ones.

As there's fake positive reviews so is there fake negative reviews too. Sometimes a legit company/website get harassed by a more shady competitor who instead of getting false positive reviews for his own site, he bombards the competitors with negative.

So by requiring the account/order number, the company can verify that the review came from an actual customer or not. (They can do so on positive reviews too, but no-one does. :D)

But if you supply the information THEY request, they should NOT be allowed to block or remove the review. (If they do, they should no longer be allowed to ask for account/order number and ALL reviews should then be visible)
