Just received my Cpap order from this company. Just wanted to say that they were so helpful when it came to me getting the right mask for my needs! They answered all my questions and made me feel confident in my decisions. It's nice to have that one on one help since I'm clueless and there are so many choices. They also have alot of information just on their website, that was very helpful. Glad I made the choice to order from this company and I would recommend them to anyone that has just been diagnosed with sleep apnea. They explain everything! Thanks again 1800cpap.com. You have my future business too!

They delayed my items and threatened to cancel my orders unless I acknowledged an email after i had ordered and paid for 2 items. Why would they do this? I guess that everyone that orders from them NEEDS the items asap. Once paid every item should be shipped. End of story. I had left a note on the order asking that if possible please don't ship the accessories as Medical items otherwise I will have to go to the hospital queue up for ages and get a new doctors certificate just to receive basic cpap accessories otherwise customs will not release the items to me. It was a request only. It should not have stopped the process of sending me the items!.

Wow, was hesitant after reading some negative reviews, but decided to give this company a try. I had alot of questions about the kind of machine and mask I needed, so after reading all their available information and policies, I decided to give them a call for more in depth information. I can say I was very pleased how they responded to all my questions. They walked me through everything I needed to know about what I needed in order to tackle this sleep apnea problem. Placed my order, and received everything I needed in a timely manner. Also called them back about a few issues I was having with the mask, and they were more then helpful. I have had the best service from this company and will continue to do business with them. I found everything I needed to know by reviewing their policies and making a personal phone call. Would highly recommend this company, great customer service people, and the best prices on the internet!

Ted on the phone was unprofessional and rude and an idiot He insisted on a part number I did not have and he became frustrated. He said Nasal Mask and I asked him if that was a question or a statement. 5 times I said Sleep Net Ascend FFM Silicone Cushion. He spend a half hour on the phone saying nasal mask. I recorded the call and will freely email the conversation to anyone considering ordering from 1-800-cpap.com. Thru further research I found 1-800-cpap.com (aka Ohio Sleep Awareness) is not a member of the Better Business Bureau which is certainly a red flag. Even though they are not a member of the BBB 6 people took the time to complain to the BBB. They have a grade of "D-" from the BBB. I have a defective mask that has a manufacturers defect. The mask leaks air no matter what. They quoted me a 30 day then a 45 day then a 90 day return policy. Then the rep offered to take it back but I would have to exchange it which is of course is not an option. My bank will reverse the $87.10 charge I am out for the mask and I have hired an attorney to get more than the $87.10 back. If you have a legitimate complaint against 1-800-cpap.com aka Ohio Sleep Awareness class action status will be the least of their worries. Respond to Carl G. At *******@gmail.com
