They charge you shipping cost for return which is ridiculous. All other companies do free return. Bad service! Not recommended.

I have bought jeans from their website and experience extremely shoddy customer service in terms of returns. They seem to try every trick in the book to not return your money. I returned the jeans I bought and did not hear back anything for a whole month, by which time I had forgotten to check for the refund of this return. When it finally struck me, I checked and saw no refund so I contacted the customer service, only to be told that there was some issue with the labels on my return and so they could not except the return. When were they going to bring this up with me or were they just happily going to keep 500+ dollars plus all the clothing for themselves? They finally sent it back to me and the entire box was torn apart and the clothing was falling out. I re-contacted customer service and they kept harassing me and asking for photos of some label, I sent them all the photos of all the labels that were on the clothing and then they said oh OK thank you we will send you a return label to send this back to us again. Made absolutely no sense to me and it took me over four months to get my refund. Never buying from this shop again, I don't care about the quality, there are many good quality clothing stores in the world, but one with Shoddy practices is off my list

Fit, wash, durability. AG jeans take the cake along all dimensions. Maybe 15 years ago it was 7 jeans and maybe 8 years ago it was Citizens, but now it's all about AG.

AG jeans are seriously cute. True-They are shorts. True-They are high riders. VERY TRUE- They are AWESOME! If you want a pair of jean shorts, go check them out RIGHT NOW!

We have been loyal customers of this brand for many years (since the beginning) Fast forward to these modern times where everything goes on sale but nothing is returnable. Be VERY careful of what you purchase here. Make sure it fits and it's to your liking because everything seems to be 'final sale' in certain aspects of the website. This is not the 'customer service agent's doing, this is the company itself and their higher ups. The customer service is outstanding and responsive and have been nothing but gracious to us and apologetic. They (e commerce customer service agents) hope to change the policies and loosen up the reigns from corporate on the final sale items. They understand how 'online only' shopping can be dicey for many and since we are relying on that these days, it's always a gamble. But again, the brand is some of the most gorgeous products and denim you can find and customer service is top notch (don't get mad at the messengers) Possibly look to Nordstrom for your AG needs if you are unsure of product fit since at least Nordstrom the return policies are looser. Other than that you cannot go wrong w/ AG quality. It's some of the best out there.
