I recently visited Alba Cars dealership in search of a new car and I was thoroughly impressed by the level of service and professionalism I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly and attentive. They took the time to understand my needs and budget, and helped me find the perfect car for me. The salesperson, Chloe, was particularly helpful. She was knowledgeable about the cars on the lot and took the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had.

I recently brought a 2019 Jeep Wrangler from Alba. It was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. Hayden was my sales guy and he was terrific. Not pushy at all, just willing to help anyway he could. Answered all my questions and was willing to show me any car I wanted to see that day. Had the pleasure of doing a test drive too. The service is the worst, the handover process of the car was a big failure, failed multiple times to deliver on time, delivered without fixing any of the highlighted and agreed issues to be fixed before delivery, car was sold under the fact its accident free while after inspection it had a major accident. Refused to fix the issues reported and claiming its my problem i didn't do inspection for the car myself. So forget about the hassle free and warranty things they are advertising, in reality its a big lie. I used to be a regular customer with them, but unfortunately, this will be my last time dealing with them and i strongly recommend no one to ever deal with them. Don't trust their beautiful pictures or statements, its safer to choose another preowned certified car that really provide proper service. My main problem is the bad and desciving attitude came from the most senior levels so for me its not a personal rare experience, its a company attitude. Take care everyone

Exercise caution when dealing with ALBA Cars Dubai UAE.

I purchased a vehicle from them in February, and the front camera was faulty from the outset. They assured me that they would procure the necessary part for months. Despite my numerous follow-ups through WhatsApp, there has been no response from them in recent months. Now, they claim that the car has been in my possession for an extended period, refusing to assist me in obtaining the defective part initially.

Regrettably, they have not shown a genuine interest in resolving my concern

Went to their showroom on an evening after seeing the AD online. Was attended by a representative Mr. Ha***n and showed the car to me. I confirmed my reservation and booked the car by paying 5000 AED.
Just when I am filling the details, he says he added me to a whatsapp group and says he is gotta go now( It was 6 in the evening and may be his shift is over). That's it, he just left and I was sitting there with no assistance or anyone attending.

Later on, the process looked decent with the WhatsApp group and Mr.S** from the after sales was very helpful initially explaining the details of each process and I was feeling good that I am getting some updates and response from the group and specifically from Mr.S**.
Fast forward to the registration day, the people responsible for the registration process were unprofessional and delayed the registration by a day. These guys were straight away lying to you about the registration. To further not delay the delivery, I had to go to the RTA place myself to collect the number plates from their registration Guy. To my surprise when I reached the showroom, there was no one there to give my vehicle handover.
Now, I have paid to do a 50% tinting from them itself and post-delivery when I checked it really didn't look like 50 percent as I was able to see things inside my car with the tinting( I am using 50% for the past 8 years). I did try to confirm this with Mr.S** and he affirmed again that its 50 and was not ready to consider otherwise.
Took my Car to an authored 3M tinting place and verified the tinting is not 50 percent and I felt like I was really cheated by providing the wrong info or providing goods or service with incorrect specs that promised. If I hadn't verified it directly from other place, I would still be believing their words.

Overall, some of their staffs are not transparent and they do not take responsibility or accountability unless you prove it to them like this. You really don't want such things when you buy a 200k AED worth car from a dealer like them
