I have been using Allavsoft for about 18 months, and the main use That I have is to download "sbs-ondemand" and "abc iview" programs so that I can watch Them without buffering issues. The product works a treat, It is easy to use, and it creates subtitle files seamlessly. On the rare occasion that I have had to contact support they are prompt, and professional and always resolve the problem with an update. I strongly recommend this product

I have had 7 emails back and forth with their so called "support" team. I downloaded it four or five times on different Windows machines. Was never able to use the program.
Their support emails are very argumentative. I would never buy anything from Allavsoft.

Software works quite well, definitely worth registration as it is easy to use, quite effective, and also Technical Support is always responsive, helpful, very quick to respond and effective communicators - which is very rare these days, such a high level of customer service.
Tip for consumers:
If you have any issues or any questions, contact Technical Support, explain the issue and attach any photos if possible and they will get back to you very promptly.
