I ordered 10 of an item on May 19th. Received confirmation email and it stated items would be shipped with 5-7 days. By June 6th, I had not received the items and had not received any communication from the company regarding shipping, delalys, order cancelation, etc. Sent two separate emails to customer service - no response, tried to call, placed on hold and hung up on. Filed a dispute with my credit card company to have charge refunded. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

In mid September I received 2 items three times each. I did not order these items. On September 20 I used their contact form to request a return. Since then have sent 4 emails with no reply. I called once (waited 20 minutes) and was told on that call they had to research the problem before they could authorize a return.
They must be having serious internal issues. I do not recommend purchasing from them if they can not simply allow me to return the unopened items.

I bought two off loading post-op shoes for my Father, who eventually passed away before even trying them. After his death, I wanted to return the unused shoes, hoping for at least store credit, since it was several months later. They told me I was unable to return the shoes, even for credit. They were rude and not helpful. I am a customer who is totally unsatisfied, not with the product, but the customer service. I will never buy from them again! And suggest you look elsewhere if you want complete satisfaction.

Tip for consumers:
No refunds whatsoever after 30 days.
There is no 100% customer satisfaction!

None and can’t return them.

I placed a simple order for a set of dumbbells. The site stated they were in stock and ships within 2 to 4 business days. After over a week and several calls, they informed me that they were at UPS ready to be shipped. TEN days later, I received an e-mail informing me that they automatically canceled my order as this item was out of stock. This site purposely lied to me several times stating they would arrive soon. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Nobody seems to know what's going on.

I've been ordering here for well over 4 years
Just ordered Tena briefs with tabs, by mistake
I use pull ups
They were ordered by mistake, they not only don't offer free return shipping
They get these from a third party vendor
It's gonna cost me 27.00 to return these
What a joke
I pay out of pocket for these, never again
Amazon is a much better company
They return, even if third party says no
Never from these guys ever again

I placed an order for two of the same items, was charged for both, but only received one. They have not answered my emails and every time I call, I'm told that they'll look into it and get back to me in 24 hrs. I have not received a single call back and have not received a refund or the missing item. They keep blaming their vendors but I didn't purchase from a vendor, so I don't understand why they can't refund me for their mistake. I will keep calling and report them to the better business bureau if necessary. Will not purchase from again and don't recommend to anyone.

Beware of this company... Unable to ship ordered items and extremely rude customer service folks. Thank goodness I used Paypal and was saved.

I have had 2 orders with this company. There was a problem with the first product I bought (not the fault of Allegro, just a defective unit from their supplier) I contacted customer service thru email and they had it replaced within days. I was also sent a prepaid box for the defective item to go back to manufacturer. My second item was shipped right away and works fine. They have the best prices I can find on the internet. I plan on using Allegromedical.com for any health related products. R. Jones

Beware, have been ordering from this place for years, had noticed i was being charged twice, called spoke with finance by the way extremely rude no customer service whatsoever who stated the charges would drop once merchandise was shipped, they never did.

I ordered a item for a birthday. It did not arrive. I called. Person said she would get back to me and never did. Then, I discovered that the item is out of stock and would take 2-3 weeks. The next day, they told me that the item would not be in stock until the end of the years. Do some homework and find the item elsewhere. Bypass this company. I am now out of birthday present.

Their shipping rates are exorbitant - absolutely ridiculous. Buy elsewhere, I will for sure. I bought two tiny heel lifts, for $4.95 each - why did I pay over $25? $15 for shipping. It was listed as $8.95 on the website, which is also bad, but I was going to accept it, but not $15. It's totally ridiculous, they could have been sent in a letter envelope, that's how small they are, or even with priority mail and it would been half that price. It's a bad business. People who own businesses that care about their customers ensure that customers aren't ripped off and do what they can to ensure it doesn't happen. But not Allegra Medical.And zero customer service, no response to contact forms or emails. I suggest shopping almost anywhere else.

They sent me marked ml7 which is supposed to be 1/4 heel lift but it is over 3/8 of an inch. I have sent them emails and they are not responding. Do not buy from them

I ordered an item on Saturday; Allegro stated at time of purchase that it would arrive by the following Friday. I got no receipt from them, only from paypal, no tracking information, nothing. I called on Monday to acquire about tracking the shipment, and an employee said he would look into it and call me back. He never did. I called a second time on Wednesday with the same result. I called again today, Thursday, and they told me that they didn't have inventory and were cancelling the order.

They never sent me an email cancelling the order. They still have not refunded the charge. Their communication is awful. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I wish i had checked reviews before purchase! I ordered urgent medical supplies to be delivered by the time my father came out of hospital; no delivery or communication by expected shipping date. I called and emailed asking status and if not coming cancel order. Was told coming soon! Emailed back asking what is soon? Received email saying it will be delivered the following day. Nothing was delivered. I ordered from amazon as per mail. Finally items came after the amazon delivery.

I have been calling and emailing to return and refund money with no success.

I will continue to write bad reviews on every site until i get refund. Or company declare bankruptcy!

I placed one order and my card has been charged 3 times. I can't get anyone on the phone or respond to my emails. I noticed another individual had a similar issue and used chase bank, for these transactions I used chase as well. Idk, anyone else dealing with this?

3 days after my order, my credit card was charged by them again. I tried to log on to my account, and it won't let me. I changed my password, but the website will not let me access my account.

I have been a customer of allegro medical since 2012. They have great prices and they usually ship things to me pretty quickly. My last two orders were not like this, however. I order 24 boxes of syringes and 24 boxes of needles, every time. Both of the last two orders have been considerably delayed on the needles. The first time it was no big deal, customer service was very nice, and sent me a different brand of needles that were in stock within a few days. This last time I got the run around by three different customer services agents, no one would help me, promised to send me tracking information but never did, and the last guy travis acted horribly. He was very snotty and rude, but did not mind that allegro medical had already charged me $260 for needles i never got.

This is the last time I will use these people.

Ordered a rollator for my 90 year old mother in October 2021 because her old one broke. NEVER informed that it was on back order until I called and inquired. Would have gone elsewhere because of urgency. I called at lease 5 times and was given at least 5 different delivery dates. I WAS DRAGED ALONG. When it finally arrived in January 2,2022, two came. Assemble one to which the brakes were not vertical with grips but pointed towards "8 o'clock and sticking out several more inches wider than the actual base. Moreover, the brakes were so stiff and not any more adjustable that mother could not place them on. Definable defects in the design. When I called Allegro's customer service snd needed to return both of them a Mr "David Carter" told me that he would have to notifie the supplier snd that I could expect contact from them (" Healthsmart") within 48 hours. A solid week passed and No said promised contact. A call back to Allegro was transferred severe Al times until a women transferred me to Mr. Carter's voice mail. I left a comprehensive message as well as my phone number and asked Mr Carter to return my call. He has not. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ALLEGRO MEDICAL. In my opinion they are irresponsible liars and scammers.

Do not buy from them. They are in my opinion , not reputable . SHOP ELSEWHERE!

I started to use Allegro about 6 months ago. I reordered supplies to the tune of $139.22 on Thursday of last week (09/12/19). On Saturday I went to pay my electric bill and guess what, I was missing another $139.22 besides the first $139.22 from my checking account. Today (09/16/19) I called them to find out why and was told that this a hold until the first $139.22 cleared. I received the the order on 09/13/19 and my checking account was still missing the second $139.22. Now two things, 1.If the first $139.22 would not have cleared, what in the hell makes anyone think the other $139.22 would clear? 2.If I already had the items ordered, why keep the second amount hold on? Their deals are no deals, so BUYER BEWARE.

Allegro refused to give us tax off since we were tax exempt because order was placed a minute before. Refused to let us return an item erroneously ordered within one hour of the order and sent us 2 right devices when we ordered one. Forced to pay shipping if we returned item. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. JUST OUT TO MAKE A BUCK.

AllegroMedical sent the wrong product - I was willing to reorder from them to get the right product but they would not pay the shipping costs. So I have to pay the shipping costs for an item that I already paid $60 for--and was described as a "vest" on their website. The rep said we will change the description to an accurate one. Of course that helps other people, but she won't stand behind the product as it was described when I bought it, EVEN THOUGH I said I would buy the correct item (at $120)!-- Plus she, and the so-called supervisor she transferred me to, were both EXTREMELY rude. I suggest not ordering from them. Google the product you want, and get from another health provider.

I purchased an item in December which didn't work out. I sent it back UPS that I paid for so it would get there quick for a faster refund. Allegro said they would have to reach out to the distributor where the product was returned to verify that the item was received prior to issuing a refund to me. After no response from Allegro after two attempts. I contacted the distributor direct with the tracking number that showed they got it back with the person who signed for it. They stated they would issue the refund that day and forward it to Allegro. After a week with no refund I contacted Allegro again and they stated they showed no record of a credit being issued from the distributor but would call me when they received it. After no call from Allegro, I called the distributor again, sat on the phone while they verified the item was received, they issued a credit, and they gave me the credit memo number that was issued to Allegro and the email it went to so Allegro would FINALLY issue the refund back to me. Do you think I EVER heard from Allegro? OF COURSE NOT! I turned it over to PayPal to finally get it resolved. I had enough of talk with no action. I have never in my entire life seen a company that is so lethargic and unresponsive to their customers. NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER again. They lost a potential Customer forever and ALL those in my orbit that is for sure

I ordered something from Allegro Medical for my mom who is on medicare. When I ordered the item, the customer service was ok but I asked if they could send a claim to medicare so mom would be reimbursed for at least part of it (the item is covered by medicare). The person said they couldn't submit the claim but I could submit it myself - so, I did -- gathered all the info, filled out the claim form plus the invoice, etc. and submitted it. When six weeks passed and I didn't hear from medicare, I called only to find out that I needed Allegro's medicare ID number. I called Allegro and lo and behold, THEY DON'T HAVE ONE SO NO REIMBURSEMENT FOR MOM. I spoke to the rep and asked why I was told to submit it myself for reimbursement when they knew full well that I wouldn't be reimbursed because they don't have an ID number. I would never have ordered it from Allegro under these circumstances and will never again!
