I order frequently from All Star Health and have received nothing but great service. Today I received a shipment with a broken bottle included. I contacted customer service and once again received excellent customer care. I explained the situation to the All Star Health representative, he immediately resolved the situation and ordered a replacement. Customer Care is a huge part of why I buy from certain companies. Along with top rated products, their customer care is world class.

1.They had a payment issue using PayPal. 2. They had an address problem with their website. 3. I called them twice about the above issues which was frustrating. 4. After finally placing an order again that as earlier voided, I somehow didn't receive an email which required that I click on a link for PayPal payment. 5. When I called Allstarhealth about the order problem they never did recognize the order issues was their fault and would not expedite shipping to compensate for the delay.

I've been using almost nine years without incident. I always compare pricing against them since they continually have the best pricing. Sometimes I don't need multiple items so if it's a one-off, I might use another site but generally I even with the $5 shipping it's much cheaper than the competition. I even recommend it to my friends at the gym or on my wrestling team which I coach.

Tip for consumers:
Buy a couple of items to maximize the shipping cost. It's a flat rate.

Do not buy from this website, such a waste of time and money!
Ordered on August, and its November still haven't arrive to AUS abd I paid $19.7 postage. The funny thing is the customer service said to me they used the DHL was untrackable, and don't even know it was missed or where was the parcel is. Without any investigation just ask the customer to do so. It is freaking stupid.
DO NOT BUY WITH THEM!

I bought a product from them and they did not ship it. They say that they are checking with me if I am the card holder and they withdraw money from my account. Then they ask me how much money they withdrew, and when I did not succeed in answering, I canceled the purchase and asked them to return my money to me, but they did not accept. They always said that they returned it, but they did not. They returned it a month ago

I have been ordering from All Star Health for some time now, and they never ever disappoint. With my most recent order, there was an unavoidable delay as something was back ordered. Sometimes this happens. A very courteous and knowledgeable young lady called to personally advise me of the back order and asked me what I wanted to do. Now, THAT is customer service, you know... that forgotten art form. I want to thank them for their great pricing and their quick delivery. Keep up the great work All Star. Your name says it all.

I did not know about this company until I seen their prices listed on a google search.Called customer service to confirm availability and placed the order on the phone.Showed up 3 days later and received a tracking number through e-mail only hours after placing order.Impressed,Found another good source for supplements.

I placed an order over a week ago, and still have not received it. I called Customer Service and was not able to get a definitive answer on when my order would be delivered to me. They are in California and I'm in Arizona. What is the difficulty?
The shipping company, "OnTracGround" was used, NOT UPS, nor USPS, nor FedEx. Inquiries provided no resolution.? Waiting…
Does the term "RUN AROUND" sound familiar?
I will NEVER do business with either company ever again. I recommend avoiding both.

They are typically very reliable, but unfortunately many of their facilities have been closed or affected by the recent wildfires. This has caused delays throughout their network, even for packages that are outside of the wildfire areas. This package was delivered on August 8th. The prices are lower than Amazon and they offer the hard to find items at normal pricing. They don't price gouge or over charge. Shipping is on time and I had a good experience with their customer service rep when I called them to ask about a product I had ordered in the past and wanted to order more of this product by the case. I have ordered from this company a number of times and no problems. I'd recommend them 5 stars.

Order shipped from CA to AZ using Ontrac, their choice. ASH site says 1-5 days. Ontrac's warehouse in Phoenix received package on 8/28/21, initially said delivery date that day, then said delayed until the next day, then the next, the next day, the next etc. Today is 9/2/21, talked to Ontrac, said warehouse doesn't have AC and ASH is aware of delivery issues in Phoenix area. I told this to ASH rep, she denied being aware of any issues which makes her a bold faced liar according to reviews and ASH replies to those reviews. Now told delivery on the 6th, I'm in Tempe, 10 miles away from Phoenix. Contacted ASH, was told it's business days. Supplements are diminished by prolonged exposure to heat and don't know the difference between days and business days so my order will sit in a hot Phoenix warehouse for 9 days before delivered, of course that is if it's actually delivered on the 6th which is labor day. Allstarhealth doesn't care, should be no star health. Long time customer but will most likely buy elsewhere.

We have been aware of some delays for some of our packages due to the wildfires in California. However, these delays are typically only a few days, so the Ontrac representative's statement that we were aware of delays "up to 3 weeks" was not accurate. We understand that the Ontrac rep also made claims that the quality of the products would be affected by the temperature in their warehouses. This was also incorrect, as neither product purchased is sensitive to heat. We completely understand why these statements would have caused you concern and we reported this conversation to the carrier's team after we spoke with you last week. Ontrac has assured us they would research and address the misinformation that was provided to you. If there are any issues with the quality of the product you received, please let us know and we would be glad to assist you.

Allstarhealth.com massively overcharge for shipping and duties 3-4 times, if you order from outside USA, you will end up paying almost double compared to other American companies.

Product stolen no help from allstarhealth. There non discrete packaging tells you exactly what's inside. Someone see it and bang you get nothing and are out at your cost according to ASH

We have been ordering for over a year now. Prices are great and consistently lower than other retailers. We order the Pines Wheatgrass, Sun Warrior Protein Powder, Vitamin D, etc. Shocked by how fast we receive our order. Very pleased with this company and appreciate saving money on items we usually purchase.

Place order on vitamins, claim they need to speak to me by phone before placing order. They were quick to take the funds. What gives them the right to place item on hold. Never heard a company placing item on hold. Item has already been paid for.

Such a scam--stay far away from these shady sellers! Ordered an OTC vitamin for our 7-year (they were out of stock locally & Amazon), and received a shipping email the next day... but with a bizarrely long tracking number—despite ASH claiming to be sent via USPS First Class. We then waited 3+ weeks for the package to arrive... only to then receive an email stating the package was being "Held at Post Office, At Customer Request"... which of course we DID NOT request. Still, we needed the vitamins, so I stood in line at the only post office in our small town for 35 minutes only to be told (no surprise) that the package was NOT being held. Called AllStarHealth's customer service line and got the run around: "Oh, I can't issue a refund b/c the package is at your post office". I explained clearly that it was not, but AllStarHealth is a scammer, so of course it was like talking to a wall. Do yourself a favor and AVOID THIS RIPOFF SELLER!

Ordered 6 bottles of Udo's Choice 17oz on 5/29/23@ $19.00/ea. There was no notice at the time of order that all product was not in stock. They delivered one and backordered 5. Stated they expected to rec'v new order in on 6/14. Agreed to wait. 6/14 rec'd message they rec'd updated arrival date of 6/30 from manufacturer. 7/11 rec'd cancellation of my order notice. Product offering still up on their website but now for $26.99. I put another 6 in my cart on 7/11 and was not notified that they did not have the product in stock. If they don't have the product, they should remove it from the site or inform that they do not have the product available. All Star Health is now on my "Do Not Patronize" list.
Good luck if you decide to proceed with this provider.

I purchased an essential oil diffuser which I loved and which worked properly for a little over one month. After that time it continued to work sporadically for an hour or two or less no matter that I cleaned it and allowed it to dry out. I spoke with Brandon at customer service who explained their thirty day return policy but graciously was going to check with his manager. Two days later, I was happily surprised to learn they had decided to refund my money for this defective diffuser rather than send me another one since I did not have the lot number. I chose to write this review since people are usually quick to criticize but I think it is equally important to let people know when they did something right. I will not hesitate to purchase from All Star Health again and will recommend them to others when the opportunity arises.

I just received my first order from All Star Health and I am quite pleased. Organic body care products that I have been using for years have significantly increased in price. I have had to do some serious searching to find the best price. The All Star Health prices were the lowest, the shipping cost very reasonable, and the delivery was swift. I'll be back!

Great prices and incredibly fast shipping/handling time. I live several states away and still have my products in less than 5 days from the time I place my orders. They may have a good return policy, but I've never needed to use it.

I bought 6 bottles of Sambucus, and there was a revolting amount of bubble wrap and tape used. I will never use this company again, and I hope you won't either.

Thank you for your feedback. We do our best to be as environmentally friendly as possible by recycling materials from received shipments and minimizing plastic use. SInce we also must package carefully to prevent damage in transit, we do use bubble wrap on glass and liquid products to protect against damage. Unfortunately there are not many alternatives for us to ship these more fragile items safely, but we are very conscious of it and encourage all of our customers to recycle their packaging whenever possible.
