I use Alps2Alps about 3 times a season and have done for a number of years. They are always on time and are totally reliable. The drivers have been friendly (stopping when the kids feel sick!) and professional. The buses are new and clean with water and wifi. The prices are very competitive. If you are looking for a ski transfer then I would recommend them without hesitation. The booking process is easy and they always respond promptly to emails. They take the stress out of transfers.

We have been using Alps2Alps (Ami tours) for over 5 years now. By far the best service we have ever used! Never had any problems. Drivers are prompt, courteous and helpful, drive safely and smoothly, the cars are always spacious and clean and now even have WiFi!

This is the 4th time we have used Alps2Alps to transfer us to Meribel from Geneva airport. This year we had a larger party and we required 2 mini buses. The drivers were waiting for us at the airport and the transfer was seamless as was the collection at the end of the weekend. I would definitely recommend them.

Easy to book and always on time. The quality of the cars differ depending on which company takes care of the transfer.

We had booked months in advance for our return trip to the airport. We waited outside in the snow with a newborn and toddler at 5.50am after we were told the driver was coming at 5.55 via text. Turns out this was a total lie and the driver was 2hrs away and we missed our flight having to pay £1000 to rebook!
Terrible communication and unhelpful customer service who told us to call if we missed our flight at the airport but when we did we were told to write an email and that it was not their problem.

Couldn't more strongly discourage anyone using this service. Just awful.
