This is an aliexpress drop shipping site- they order cheap jewelry from Aliexpress, a Chinese wholesale site, and sell it at a markup. You can buy the same pieces directly from Aliexpress for less than five dollars. Don't believe the closing sales- the pieces were never worth that much, and even the discounted prices are marked up by more than 500%. My shipment came directly from aliexpress and just had domestic shipping label placed over the one from the original seller in China.

I was a bit suspicious of this store as I saw they were offering a heavy discount on Facebook. But I am actually very satisfied with the necklaces I bought from them. It's just gorgeous.

If I could give zero as their overall review, I would. Order an item in April, never received it -- followed up in June and was told to expect replacement. Followed up the following month in July and same lie was fed to me with no confirmation/status update. It is now September and STILL NOTHING. As far as I'm concerned I find this company UNTRUSTWORTHY, A FRAUD, HAS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. BEWARE, this company is AWFUL at satisfying its customers.

Ordered from here never got my order they said that they are gonna ship it again and now again no't any information about my shipment after it arrived to my country, tried to refund this time for good but no answer. Some allready said that those jewleries are fake. Gonna inform yall if there is some change in this situation but 90% sure this store is bull$#*! thanks to ig for showing me this jewlery site

My favorite supplier for authentic lab made rubies. The cut, clarify, and radiance of their stones is fantastic.

This is the cheap product from China you will receive in 6 weeks and can be bought from Alibaba from $10. Its not in 18K gold polished necklace as it advertised. I fall for this false advertisement. There website was saying that due to covid they are closing down the store and everything is 70% off(total lie because it advertisement disappeared right after Mother's Day ended and price remains the same and store didn't close). This is a shopify store getting cheap quality products from china and calling it gold pleated jewellery. You can't refund it since this no one answers the phone or email. Worst way to sell your product.

The site is clean and looks great, but false advertising for what you get. I had a sense that something was wrong when three weeks after ordering, none of the shipping status updated even though the order said that tracking numbers were sent because my order was fulfilled. Whoever did the packaging bundled all items into one package and shipped them together. The labels refer to a store with AE in the name.

I admit that I am disappointed with the product. Quality of the metal settings that came in look like a cheap knock off of what is in the photos. The sapphire was chipped, which tells me that the sapphire is not really a lab grown sapphire and the ruby also a ding in it, even both are suppose to be one of the hardest gemstone in the world. The packaging for this is not what you would expect of a fine jewelry store.

Communication from the site is poor. If they can't even notify you if the package is shipped, how can you expect for them to deliver as expected? I feel bad because the store is closing, but if a site is going to advertise as a premium or high end jewelry dealer, the expectations are that they deliver. If you are looking for quality jewelry, either go to a reputable dealer.

It is very telling that the website immediately reqested my personal information for a review that I posted to another site, but has not responded to my request for to return and refund the items.

I can't believe this website is still up and running. Their Facebook page has been deleted.

This website advertises simulated gemstone necklaces with plated gold in either 14k or 18k gold. They also mention on their website that the stones look like the real thing. When I received my items, the gemstone was glass. It had no shine. It looked NOTHING like the pictures. Furthermore, the pendant had jagged sharp metal edges and was not gold plated. Their about us section shows that they are based in Delaware. But the necklaces were shipped with Singapore post. I also tried calling their customer service number, its not in service. Try calling it yourself and see if anyone picks up.

Also, they were advertising an out of business covid sale. Those advertisements were on Instagram too. On their website in April, they were stating that final orders were May 17th. The promo code I used was CLOSINGSALE. But guess what? You can still put orders in. They used covid to shill their fake product.

I emailed customer service and they told me to send back the necklaces with tags for a refund. I asked them if I should send them back as I received them; they did not come with tags and were in little plastic baggies. I also left a negative review on their website that was deleted. All their reviews are either 4 or 5 stars, completely fake!

Eventually I did get a full refund and they said I could keep the necklaces. I initially paid $50 usd for each pendant (I bought two). If it was really worth $50usd, they would not let me keep it and give me a refund. The necklaces are cheap costume jewelry from China. Don't waste your time or money

I've never posted a review for anything before but I have to for this. I received items in the mail in about 2 weeks labeled from China. Items were sent in a small ziplock bag that did not look secure at all. All items were lighter than expected and felt more like plastic rather than stones. If not plastic, then probably lightweight glass. The ruby necklace and earrings I bought did not floresce at all under UV light compared to other rubies I already had. This is despite claims that the stones would be premium lab gems, for which case rubies would also glow. Overall, not worth the money, even with the "closing sale". All items felt too cheap to be worth that much so I won't recommend it to anyone. The only reason why I'm giving it two stars is because the designs are beautiful in my opinion. Otherwise not impressive. I wished they were better quality and didn't feel like such a scam.
