I was looking for menorah-a special gift for a friend. At anymenorah.com I came across beautiful piece, I wanted to find out what it was made of, so I called website's number *******672. Sleepy voice responded and when I said what I needed the woman told me to e-mail the website *******@anymenorah.com which I did right away. I know that e-mail replies can take a while and since I was in a hurry I called back to find out how long it may take. Someone named Yehouda picked up and said that e-mails are answered within 24 hours. He took my e-mail address to make sure that he looks for it. After this I have never heard from this site again: "buy" button under the picture of menorah I wanted did not work, I e-mailed numerous times-nobody responded, I could never get anybody on the phone. I COULD NOT BELEIVE THAT THIS IS POSSIBLE on OFFICIAL WEBSITE (not like it was an individual seller). INFURIATING!
