I was gym hopping to find the best one that fits my needs and wants. I came across anytime fitness, did the 7 day free pass. I fell in love with everything. Perfect location. The equipment is clean. The staff is incredible. I will be getting a membership here. Alot of equipment to pick from so my routine can change daily. Thank you! (Upper Queen Anne)
Anytime fitness - Mt Dora, Florida. After initially posting this review I heard from the owner "Patrick" almost immediately (for the first time in months). He promised to investigate and work it out and get back in touch. He asked me to remove my review while he did. I removed it in good faith but a month later and after 3 more attempts to follow up he has simply proven my point. They obviously do not care and in fact will say or do whatever they need to for a buck.___________________ I live in NH and was in Florida caring for my mother who was dying of pancreatic cancer. I signed up for a 6-month membership with Anytime Fitness based on the premise that there was a location near my home in NH. After my Mom passed three months later I discovered that the gym listed near my home was not Anytime Fitness and would not honor the membership (they switched to become Milestone fitness). There are no Anytime Fitness gyms within 20 miles of me. Ok, seems simple enough right - misunderstanding, call and work it out? Well, that has been impossible - they don't return phone calls or emails. They don't even answer BBB cases (they have a resounding "F" by the way and apparently don't care). On top of it all they referred my case to collections and so I have paid them anyway ($200 they didn't earn) and will have to sue them for breach of contact if I want to correct this (and although it's a pain… I just may as I can apparently include enough 'damages' to having my credit impacted to make it worth seriously considering) Businesses and people that behavior this way are a problem for two reasons 1) they aren't trying to deliver value for the money they collect - they don't care about anything but getting your coin 2) they are bad people, that don't deserve your money. You have options - go elsewhere (there's a gym – a good one - a couple miles right up the road).

They would change the amount they charged me every month, then charged me twice in one month which made me call to cancel, they literally didn't cancel it. Then a few months later I found out they didnt cancel and all of a sudden I owe 700ish dollars. So I called about it and they literally act like I didn't people like them shouldnt have this power it disgusts me

My fiance and I were members at Anytime Fitness we had got into a car accident and when we signed up they had told us at anytime we could freeze our account should we need to. Well five months ago I called them to have our accounts Frozen no one told me I had to come in sign anyting I called my local gym ask them what I needed to do they took our names told us everything would be okay and to let them know when we wanted to unfreeze our account well I get a letter saying they are turning us into the credit bureau and that we owe them $485 for 4 months & that our accounts were not Frozen when I called CBS which is their company they were very rude and not helpful at all. Take your business elsewhere... very incompetent employees!
Because everyone would assume a company would be so low but im REALLY NOT LYING WHATSOEVER THATS WHATS MAKING ME SO MAD they obviously broke as heck to start scamming people like that.

Siempre me ha llamado la atencion el ejercicio nunca he ido a este lugar pero al momento de entrar a la pagina es muy facil y accesible poder encontrar informacion sobre este GYM puedes comuncarte con un servidor y preguntar cualquier duda
Clean gym, good atmosphere, great deal of options to chose to work out from. Good customer service. Happy to be a member for this gym.
I have been going to Anytime Fitness for over two years and I love it! The facility is always clean with music playing to keep you moving. Tyler is an awesome, supportive trainer that always keeps me motivated.
