Scam, they just duplicate rental ads from various sites then charge you to get the original contact info thats readily available from the the original ad! Also 80% of their listings are no longer available.

I feel SOO guilty for losing money to this SCAM.
I contributed to the effectiveness of the apartment hunt SCAM.
This SCAM goes by the name of Rent Hunterz but it seems to have pulled up stakes. I have no doubt this SCAM will resurface under another name some day.

So apparently these reviews have to have been tampered with because this site us a complete scam. Their listings are not exclusive, they take them from other reliable sites/ ads and lure apartment searchers in by significantly lowering the rates in said apartments/ condos. Most of the properties listed have more than likely been off the market for quite some time and the information they are charging you for is either free on another LEGIT apartment search engine or was free at some point but is no longer available. Do not get scammed, stay away from this site!

This company is illegally taking advertisements of properties from RentalAds.com and using them to attract business. My ad (on RentalAds.com) disappeared, but was replaced (on RentalAds.com) with a similar one. It only had 2 photos whereas mine had more, and on the initial post it says "Owner did not provide information..." BUT... when you open the bogus ad it does have some stuff written about MY property - rewritten, poorly. Most importantly, MY contact information was replaced with THEIRS - someone else's name, and their phone number in Beverly Hills. I started doing more research and there are TONS of these ads, all with the same initial post statement, all with THEIR contact information. All of the ones I looked at were in the ******* zip code. Something is very fishy. Maybe even with RentalAds.com as I emailed them with this warning and received no response. I won't bother contacting ApartmentHunterz.com as I am too busy reposting my REAL AD!

3 Bed, 2 bath 2400 sq for 800.00 month is not possible. There is no way a property would go that cheap PERIOD. I also no the location of that property and I know its not for rent nor for lease.
So my concern is you guys charge 49.99 thats a lot of money, How do I know I am getting legit information?

But the owner who lives there still lives there at that location. Its not a vacant location I am 100% for sure on that.

This one for example is the grand something I forget the name exactly but I do know this is at 1625 E Grand Ave, Escondido, CA ******* landlord name is Lindsey *******636
There price is not 975.00...
So a lot of incorrect information is on here, for example there number I think is *******636. I like the fact you got a lot more listings than craigslist, but the negative thing Is I feel my credit card wouold be at risk due to incorrect information.
They charge 1295. 00 for 2 bedrooms. So how do I know I am getting correct information because the two addresses I just gave you are incorrect.

I do not want a COUPON. I just want to know why everything is incorrect and prices are false and the information given is false.
There would be no point to register based off the four apartments and house I just found was incorrect on the price... sqft... etc
OK So back to my question. If all the information is false? Why would I register?
Isn't there a way you guys can check each apartment or property and find out if its correct before advertising false prices?
For example that house is not vacant, they are asking 3500. 00 a month for it...
Your giving poor customer service to me. Your not answering my direct questions. Your avoiding my questions and putting down random discount coupon codes and not answering my concern nor question. I feel customer service is the most important thing you can offer a customer PERIOD. Without customers we wont have a business to operate and if this is how you treat your customers, I am better off on Craigslist getting scammed by a Nigerian VRS being scammed by a company such as yourself. I will be reporting you and the firm to BBB due to FALSE ADVERTISEMENT / Misleading people and not responding to a customer who has an issue.

Had some serious issues with cancellation. They just didn't want to help me with it. Glad to finally get over it.

When I moved to a new town I needed an accomodation, because it's impossible to live somewhere without a roof above your head. So I started to search for real estate agencies in order to ask them to help me with new accomodation. I found this service in the internet and applied to them. Managers here helped me to sort out this living problem and they offered me couple of options in the area which I required. The apartments there are quite convenient and interesting, at least it seemed to me like that. They did their job great and provided me with access to this apartment.

This site has good data. Nothing serious but It need pay attention to charges. I joined this website because it had exclusive listings.

I joined this website because it had exclusive listings. I had exhausted of all other leads. Looked at google, kijiji, the classifieds, some random mngt comp, craigslist and rentals.com. In finding this website i thought i was fortunate, after all i saw homes which i did not find before. I think its better to pay once than spent days for searching in different websites.

I use their service and have run into the problem after month of subscription they did not stopped with one charge. But like I said, It wasnt a big deal I wrote a email and they fully refunded me and gave free use for lifetime which i am gonna definately try!
