Do not buy from this company they are a total rip off I ordered three fish for 400.00 and its been 3 months no delivery or response. They deserve no stars for review. Buy at your own risk.

I placed an order back in April for a coral that they stated was in stock. It was about a $660.00 coral. I have exchanged about 40 emails asking for a refund or even compromising for a different coral. They have constantly emailed me back with empty promises about sending photos of what they have in stock. I have not received any of these. They have not responded to any of my multiple requests for a refund. I am now forced to contact my bank and report this as fraud. I would not use this company ever again!

I placed an order on a friday morning from nyc and got it next morning. Everything i ordered was there. Thank you very much.

After two months of promises without me getting ANY fish (which showed in stock, mind you...) I finally requested a refund. He told me he processed my refund, and, to allow 5-10 business days. I waited ANOTHER month. He has stopped answering my messages. I finally filed a fraud complaint through my bank today. DON'T FALL FOR HIS SCAM! TRUST the bad reviews!

At first they responded saying the order was lost and they had some problems due to a hurricane and would be sending my order first thing in January. Since then they are not responding to emails, phone calls, or text.

I placed an order with them back in July. It is now October, and I have heard nothing. I have emailed them three times and called more times that I can't, but nobody answers the phone, nobody ever calls back, and nobody responds to my emails. Avoid this place. They're no gooed.

Ron Ratoff and Mary Hellwig are crooks. They've taken my money and fellow reefers money and not sent any product. No calls no messages no replies! Straight up crooks! BUYER BEWARE! THIEVES!

Believe what you read here. If I would of found this site first I would not have ordered from them. This place is a total scam and rip off. Not a return call, message, nothing. I have emailed, called them, tried faxing, you name it we have tried it to no avail. Luckily I paid through PayPal so they will cover me. Just got my hopes up and wasted time for NOTHING... I am no beginner either...

I can't believe I didn't see this website before I purchased my items. Their horrible bait and switch scammers. They send you sick specimens or dead ones and than blame it on shipping or you or stupid weather patterns lol. The best was when they said the hippos came from Hawaii but there not eating pellets and need time. Simple rubbish don't buy from. I emailed the, when I saw the dead animals and they said sorry and never emailed me back for a refund as promised. Oh I did investigation FYI the guy Tom is Mary or Ron. They live in trailer home

AquariumCreations and Tom Hellwig will rip you off! The customer service is non-existent for good reason... they do not intend to provide the merchandise you purchase.

Several hundred dollars worth of fish were ordered from the online site and AquariumCreations never sent a thing. Nor have they provided a reimbursement.

Unless you want to give your hard earned money to a fraudulent organization, do not order from Aquarium Creations.

Don't buy anything from this place. They still my money. I been order clam and corals over $425 over 2 months ago. They took money from my credit card but never send the product. I been called and sent email a hundred times still got no respond.

Unresponsive. Any reviews above 1 star are fake. Customer Service is non-existence, these guys do not answer email or phone calls. They also state 3-5 weeks for shipping... Who does that?

This company is a COMPLETE SCAM. Their entire story over the phone is a sham with lies coming up upon the time they should deliver the product. After dealing with them I am really surprised the law has not shut them down. If karma is real, this family is heading downward my friends.

I finally got a return call after weeks of trying to communicate. Was told the stepson died in a motorcycle accident. What a horrible horrible th ming to lie about... promised to ship my order within a few days. After another week n a half w no communication ny bank refunded my money. BUYER BEWARE! I WI) be going on vacation to Fla soon n will definitely be sto]ing in to see the liars. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF! SICKENING!

I cannot believe the story that I got from this shady $#*! company! Actually told me his son was in a motorcycle accident and then never answered a call or email! I had to get refunded by my bank! If i goto Florida i am going to punch this guy in the head! Nothing but a lying thief mf! Who lies about their son getting killed? Seems like a junkie just trying to get money for their next fix! Everything I've read here by other customers is totally believable by me. I really wish I'd read these reviews before I so foolishly dropped nearly $400! I got excuses about my weather not being good enough to ship my order for 3 weeks. This is only after I emailed inquiries because communication was nil. Then I was told to expect my shipment on a Tuesday when I paid extra fee for Saturday delivery. There's a reason I need it on Saturday! I was frustrated with this poor attitude and requested cancellation of entire order and a full refund. 2 weeks later, still no refund, and no response from company. I'm looking into legal options because this company should not get away with this.

I ordered coral and shrimp from this company, no one answers the phone, or returns my calls. Emails after I sent one after waiting a week. They made excuses, I complained again the next week, they sent an email back about a week later stating they needed my debit card info again, I told them no that I wanted my purchase or my money refunded! I'm not paying for something I already paid for! Very bad customer service! How can we get these people in trouble for using so many people?

Decided to contact these folks before placing an order -- glad I did. I asked a simple question and never heard a word in reply. Sooo, that settles it for me -- I will not place an order with a company that can't even answer a simple inquiry.

BAIT AND SWITCH. Ordered 150 watt metal halide, they sent 100 watt and charged me for the 150 watt, tried to tell me that the 100 watt ballast will be fine with the 150 watt bulb That never got. I called Hamilton technologies to verify if this combo is correct and they said absolutely not. They said 150w ballast with 150w bulb. E-mails phone calls no response back.
