I purchased a bottle of DIOR HOMME pre-2020 as it shows on their website the pictures show a pre-2020 bottle, but I received the 2020 bottle which I already own and I haven't even opened it. I can't get in contact with them I tried emailing them. I tried messaging them on Facebook to no avail and they don't have a phone number. They False advertise the product and you can't get a refund because you can't get in touch in anyway possible. Go to Fragrancenet.com for cheaper prices and much better customer service and interaction. They actually have a phone number listed and they process returns effortlessly. Or go to Fragrancex.com they're also wonderful.

Tip for consumers:
No way to contact them to process a return. No phone number to contact, they won’t contact you if you fill out their “contact us” form. They won’t reply to messages on their Facebook or email.

I ordered 4 bottles of Kenneth Cole Reaction Thermal. No one else had it, so that should have been my first red flag. It took as least 10 days to ship the order, which should have been my second red flag.
When I received the order, it looked like the original packaging. I opened a box and applied the cologne as I always do. There was very little fragrance. I knew then that the product had been watered down.
A friend of mine who ordered the same product from AromaFi before me, said the same thing.
They obviously have the equipment to open a bottle, dilute it and repackage.
Do not waste your money with these people.

Do not order from AromaFi.
This is another excellent site for great perfume brands that are reasonably priced. They also sell discounted makeup from places like mac and clinique. I love their prices!
Paid $101.00 for perfume that stayed on 15 min. Not even my clothes smelled of the perfume. Would not refund without box... I was within my 30 day return period.
Companies often refill perfume and sell them as new. Very disappointed.
I have ordered from this site numerous times they have the most amazing scents so pure a lo pricey but well worth it
