Only someone going through a catastrophic emotional breakdown with severe mental illness would pay these rates. Ask Now has to know this. They safeguard themselves with terms and conditions so technically it's not illegal but the whole experience is taking advantage of the mentally unstable. In 2016 I spent over $3000 within 2 months after I experienced coercive control and emotional abuse from my ex boyfriend. I paid the amount due because I did owe it but when I look back at how I was so desperate at that time, it's just so sick. Psychology well people would never call here.

The first five minutes was with a master psychic you called me beautiful the whole time and told me nothing it was a waste of my time. Then by the time I hung the phone up they had already charged me an additional $13.99 for an extra minute. Then when I talk to the psychic she knew nothing she was nowhere near anything that had to do with me I had to tell her things for her to give me a reading that made sense but all that came from what I told her. When I complained about it they have done nothing but have someone call me that will charge me $6.99 a minute. They need to give me the free 20-minute reading with a psychic that I asked for or refund my $20 to me. If this is not done I am going to report them for fraud

I was told that I had free minutes for being a new client and that I would hear a beep when my free minutes were done… umm no I was charged over $1100. Ish… I was told this twice on my first initial reading then on my second. The only positive experience I had was with the psychic Jozette she stayed on cue with my reading. As for Oracle she was all over the place telling me information of other readings with celebrities and talking much about her own personal life… wasting my minutes… please be careful hence I was charged $13.99 a minute and never did receive any free minutes

The reading was all about herself. She said I would get married. I'm already married. Told me nothing about me. I was charged over 1100. 00 us dollars. I called customer service 4 times to resolve charges. No readings but one. They tried to charge my account again yesterday and I had my card canceled. Fake readings scams and untruthful. This needs to stop. I will pay what I owe, but not for no readings. Scammers. Beware

This company does not operate with integrity or openness. The customer service is deplorable. Leaving people vulnerable homeless, hungry and suffering. This is the worst service I have had even worse than Walmart.com

Paid for a reading with Psychic Arya. Never available on the AskNow site and can not use these prepaid minutes with other psychics. SCAM ALERT.

My medium was good. She knew the first initial of my late loved one's name, without me telling her his name. She also said that he was calling me babycakes, which is a nickname he used for me. But this is a scam because I paid $30 for 30 mins and at about 10 minutes the session was suddenly and mysteriously ended. I never pressed the end session button and she was in the middle of typing. My bank called me later saying they tried to charge me an additional $90 TWICE. I also was logged out of my account and mysteriously could not get back in.

Hi guys, I signed up for 30$ and they charged me 60$ and I could not reach any "fortune tellers" I was so desperate when found out they will not respond. They even logged me out of the website. I sent them an email to refund my money back and I haven't heard from them for a very long time.

I use this service for the first time today. The psychic Quasha was horrible and out of line at time. They told me my reading was $40 dollars for 40mins they charged my called 3 times. 89.00 dollars and 54.00 dollars plus the $40.00 they said you will hear a buzzer which never happened only a recording saying you will now be charged a lower rate which is a lie. I called customer service and they RUDE $#*! HELL they wouldn't listen to my complaint and lied and said they investigated which was impossible in that less of time. The customer rep was pushing the numbers in my ear called me names and yelled at me. This site is a $#*!ING FRAUD. I WILL BE FILINB A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB... I have already contacted my bank and they will be investigating the transaction. Please do not use this site it's a scam and the readers are a fraud as well. They are also on Instagram and fb. I will be reaching out on all social media WARNING PEOPLE ABOUT THEM. But please if you have been Scam please report them to the BBB... let's get them shut down. Thanks

Please done use this website, psychics use your time and money talking about their life, and take at least 40. Minutes to start your reading. I hung up, I got tired of hearing about her life and other readings she's done. I'm putting in a complaint for fraud and being thiefs. They put everything in disclaimer, bull$#*! trick advertisement. Customer service is $#*!, don't even try to get your money back through them.

ASK NOW IS HORRIBLE! The psychic reading was bizarre and horrible. It's a scam. I called the customer service line and reported how bad the reading was. Waste of time and money.

I bought online 20 minutes for 40.00. Picked my psychic and recieved a phone call. I did not see anywhere where it said psychic was a master psychic and the package deal did not apply! Got my credit card bill and there were 4 charges on it. 40.00 which I expected, then 7.80,78.00 and another for 407.00! I called and spoke with the rude "so called" customer service people. These idiots do not care and I'm sure get the same complaint all day everyday and WILL NOT ADJUST BILL! The website is misleading on purpose. This is a scam company. RUN!

On January 20 I had decided to try a one time offer for new customers on the ask now website.
The female customer service representative offered me a 40 minute reading for $40.
It was supposed to be their new client special she have me the extension of their top tier master psychic John Alexander and I was advised that his normal fee is 13.99 per minute but because I purchased the special for new clients the total reading would only cost me $40.00
I double checked with her twice and read her my credit card information.
For fifteen minutes I attempted to connect with John Alexander but their phone system wasn't connecting to me properly.
Finally after calling back again I was connected and I was completely unaware of the bait and switch that ensued.
After 5 minutes a robot voice came on that was completely inaudible. Supposedly that was the warning that tells customers that the first 5 minutes are over and that the normal rate of $13.99 begins with master psychic readers. I didn't think it applied to me since the customer service representative told me my reading would only cost $40.00 for forty minutes even with a master psychic reader.
John Alexander did his very best to keep me online over the phone past my forty minutes. I thought there would be a warning buzzer to notify me that the time was formerly over so I received a non psychic reading from a complete fraud who definitely didn't have the ability to give me a legitimate psychic reading or advice.
The next day I found out my bank debit card was charged three separate times.
One charge was for $40, another charge was for $416 and a final charge came out to $78.
I was completely shocked to find out these additional unauthorized charges were applied to my debit card.
This company is completely unethical and they do not have real psychic readers online to help you.
This company has multiple negative reviews of consumer fraud on the BBB.
I just wanted to warn others so it doesn't happen to them.
During this current pandemic it's disgusting and disappointing that Ask Now is committing bank card fraud.

I have had readings with several psychic companies and there are good and bad psychics on every network. I was on one of my favorite metaphysical sites and saw an ad for a 15 minute reading for $10. Since it wasn't a huge investment I thought I would try out AskNow. Psychic Tawnya literally freaked me out. She knew my boyfriends occupation and described him to a "t". It has been 3 weeks since my reading and everything happened exactly how she said it would! She was scary accurate and every time something happened like she predicted, I reminded myself that I was told it was going to happen. Now I'm afraid to do anything without calling her first lol
